Bucs to tender contracts to Capps, Cedeno and Duke

Pirates general manager Neal Huntington confirmed that the club has plans to tender contracts to closer Matt Capps, shortstop Ronny Cedeno and left-hander Zach Duke before Saturday’s midnight deadline.

Those three represent the Pirates’ only arbitration-eligible players.
