Pirates make final roster moves

The Pirates’ roster is officially set after the club made these final roster moves on Thursday morning:
- RHP Jose Veras was added to the 40-man roster; space was opened by designating RHP Ramon Aguero for assignment
- The following players were placed on the 15-day disabled list: catcher Chris Snyder, righty Brad Lincoln, right-hander Jose Ascanio and lefty Scott Olsen
