Hanrahan to serve as MLB Network studio analyst

MLB Network has invited various current players to come into the studio this postseason to serve as guest analysts before and after playoff games. On Monday (tonight) and Tuesday, Pirates closer Joel Hanrahan gets his turn on camera, breaking down the postseason action. He should not be at a loss for analysis about this NLCS either, given his familiarity with both the Brewers and Cardinals.
An MLB.com reporter is also at the studio and is going to talk with Hanrahan on video before he goes on set. Here is a link to that interview, as well as a story to accompany Hanrahan’s trip to the MLB Network studios.
If you don’t already follow Hanrahan on Twitter, I’d recommend doing so (@hanrahan52). I’m sure he’ll be sharing his own thoughts about the in-studio experience through that account.
Mark DeRosa and Dallas Braden are among other players who have already played MLB Network analyst for a night.
