0302140818Right-hander Michael Wacha makes his spring debut today against the Mets, who will play the Cardinals six times this spring.  Behind him, the Cardinals will employ their projected Opening Day outfield, too.

Matt Holliday, after serving as the designated hitter on Saturday, makes his first start of the spring in left. Allen Craig will be in right. And Peter Bourjos will play in between the two.

Matt Carpenter returns to the leadoff spot, where he is expected to remain this season. Yadier Molina will again take a few at-bats, but the Cardinals continue to refrain from putting him behind the plate. His first start at catcher will come later this week.
